The drawings, the finish schedule around the fireplace, and the gas and electrical plan. From those you get the units that fit, the venting they need, and a number, before anyone drives anywhere.
Can you sequence with our other trades?
Yes. Venting is ours; gas line and electrical are coordinated with your trades and inspected where the jurisdiction asks. Units are ordered to land when the wall is ready.
Who services the units after opening?
The same shop that installed them. Service, maintenance, and support are the fourth step of how we work, and it's the one that doesn't end.
Do you handle outdoor and patio fireplaces for commercial spaces?
Yes. Outdoor-rated gas units from Regency and Napoleon, built for Indiana freeze-thaw and installed with their own gas supply, clearances, and venting.
