1. Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Kindled Timber at your mobile number. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, on our website or in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. These messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our products, services, and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; and follow-up.

2. Program Frequency

You can expect to receive approximately 5–10 messages per month from us, depending on the stage of your project and the nature of your inquiry.

3. Opt Out

You can opt out at any time. Just text STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you text STOP, we will send one reply to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Help

5. Interruption

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
