What Makes It Special The fire runs portrait—taller than it is wide—so the flames climb the glass instead of spreading across it, and exterior light panels on both sides wash the wall in color. Change the flame, the ember bed, and the side lights independently, and the same unit reads warm and traditional one night, cool and contemporary the next. Installation is the other half of the appeal. It hangs on the wall with the included bracket and plugs in —no gas line, no venting, no construction—or it can be partially recessed into the wall for a flush, built-in look.
