What Makes It Special Instead of the mirror most electric logs rely on, the Revillusion uses a partially frosted flame panel, so you see through the flames to the back of your own firebox —the masonry, the shadows, the depth a real fire has. You see the fire, not your lamp reflected in the glass. The flames run with or without the heat, so the fire works 365 days a year —a July evening gets the glow without the warmth. When the room does need warming, a fan-forced ceramic heater hidden in the base does the work, and the heater runs without the flames too. Brightness and flicker adjust from the remote, so the fire suits the room instead of overpowering it. Possible Downsides • No power, no fire.
