If your living room, great room, or commercial space runs large and you want the fire to carry it, the Napoleon Tall Linear Vector 74 is the one. It builds into a framed wall, so plan on finish work as part of the install. Choose a standard linear instead and you’ll get warmth, but the fire will never be the thing people cross the room for. What Makes It Special The viewing area is over six feet wide and more than two feet tall, and the flames climb to match—Napoleon built the burner for taller flames without burning more gas . The included MIRRO-FLAME porcelain panels reflect the fire back on itself, so the firebox reads deeper and fuller from every seat. Top lights wash the media in light even when the fire is off, and the ember bed glows in any color you can think of —set it from the included remote or the eFIRE app on your phone, along with on/off, flame height, and blower speed. If a TV is going above it, the optional Dynamic Heat Control system lowers the wall temperature without a fan—quiet operation and a wall cool enough for a screen or artwork —while ducted kits can move the warmth to another room, or outdoors, instead.
